Kiai Budo is a Kiaido Academy martial arts program. The name of the style denotes the Path of the Warrior of Sound. And this implies that this is not just a craft of self-defense and not only the art of winning. It is also a conscious movement towards development and self-improvement.

A warrior is not a soldier blindly obeying orders from above, although he may, due to his preparation, be an outstanding soldier. A warrior is not a fighter, for whome the meaning of life is battle. A warrior is a master of Life and a student of Reality, constantly raising the level of his ability to solve life problems and always ready to serve in the name of good and benefits for all.

A warrior is a researcher and a wanderer in the vastness of the Universe, carrying in his heart an unshakable determination to comprehend the Truth, directing his consciousness to increase the level of knowledge, and his energy to increase the ability to apply knowledge. Warrior - is similar to the arrowhead of the Evolutionary Stream, directed by those who went ahead and higher before him, exploring new territories, paving the way, creating opportunities for others.

The Kiai Budo program is comprehensive and multifaceted, covering all aspects of human development. A warrior must know and be able to defend himself and be prepared to the best of his capasity and ability to protect all who need protection. To do this, the Warrior trains and maintains his body in combat readiness, tempers his spirit and will, develops consciousness, raises energy levels and builds strength, studying and using, in addition to the techniques and tactics of defense and attack, all types of exercises that improve coordination, attention, speed , balance, equillibrium and effective application of force.

The higher the level of techniques, the more requirements for the level of development of the body, energy and consciousness are applicable for its mastery. This requires the development of not only physical strength and consciousness, but also emotional and mental. In addition, true martial art goes beyond age limits: with age, the Warrior becomes stronger and faster. This is not due to brute force, but due to the development of coordination, the integration of breathing and sound, the mastery of special methods of training the body. Also, the inclusion of more subtle and powerful levels of energy and a more holistic use of all parts of the body.

The basis for mastering the Kiai Budo methods is Kihon Jitsu - the art of basic movements (Kihon), with the formulation of precise motion trajectories from perfectly aligned body positions. On the basis of Kihon, Kata Jitsu is studied - the art of martial dances (Kata), modeling defense and attack options. They incorporate the principles of Kime Jitsu - the art of effective application of forces and energy projection.

It consists primarily of mastering the Diagonal Force - Shili, as a result of which a person moves in an energetically favorable flow with the best balance and balance, most effectively uses weight and all parts of the body for any attacking or defensive action. Diagonal force harmoniously and optimally uses a combination of arms and legs in any movement. Then - Vertical Strength - Fali, where there is a gradual increase in the speed of movements and movements, thanks to special vibration methods. The result is a multiple increase in force and speed at the time of a focused directed energy release, while minimizing energy consumption. Fali always relies on Shili. And finally, the Horizontal Force is Fajin, where Shili and Fali are combined with axial twisting vibrations along the spine, which allows to achieve an explosive effect and increase the active force both for attack and defense, and for the absorption and redirection or return of the attacking effect.

On the basis of Kata, Kumite Jitsu is studied - the art of pair combat and Bunkai Jitsu - the art of Combat Strategy, which interprets Kata's movements in the technical actions of specific situations of defense against attack, depending on the type of attack and the level of danger.

After mastering the Bunkai Jitsu, the Warrior begins to study Tactics - Kyusho Jitsu - the art of influencing vulnerable and biologically active points and areas of the body, as well as vital organs and energy centers of the body. At this stage, the Bunkai Jitsu techniques are being refined taking into account the effects on points or combinations of points. In addition to external knowledge about the location of the points, the angle and the type of impact on them, special types of breathing are mastered, which contribute to the strengthening of the effect and the development of the ability to direct energy transfer and projection.

When attacking, various types of Kiai are used - sound effects - from an external battle cry to specific sounds when using Kyusho Jitsu. This most subtle section of knowledge from the art of sound exposure is Kiai Jitsu.

At a certain level, Kiai Taichi is being studied in parallel with martial techniques - for mastering the energy aspects of body positions and the most complete mastery of Kime Jitsu for attacking actions. Kiai Bagua is also being mastered - to neutralize attacks and develop the ability to conduct combat with multiple opponents. Kiai Weigong practitioners develop their ability to move quickly and efficiently and to control distance completely. The practices of Kiai Neigong allow you to master the skills of absorbing received strokes and other influences, as well as more finely and accurately control your own Kime.

The methods and practices of Kiai Budo are safe, ergonomic, do not require constant contact and are suitable for any person, regardless of gender, age, level of training and physical condition. This is the fastest and most effective way of self-development, which makes it possible to develop the body, consciousness and energy, achieve efficiency in energy consumption during any action, and increase your stamina, strength and creative potential.
